- All of the following terms and conditions must be adhered
to and are legally binding immediately upon agreement. Sexmosaic.com reserves the
right to terminate any agreement upon their discretion.
- Sexmosaic.com will pay you $.04 per raw click through.
A raw click through is any click by a real surfer through the enter button into our site.
And 0.4 cents per impression of our pop-up
console. You are allowed to send hits using text links,
thumbnails, enter and exit buttons, 404 redirects, meta refreshes, or any other blind or
not so blind method you wish to use.
- Sexmosaic.com will pay you 10% of all clicks money, earned
by webmasters, referred by you, if your account is active.
- Payments are mailed once a month no later than the 20th
for accumulated hits from the preceding pay period. You will only be sent a check(wire) if your
account balance meets your minimum. Payment will be carried over from month to month until
your account has accrued at least your minimum.
- All visitors you send to us must come from a webpage. We
do not allow email links/spamming or any other such practices. Failure to comply to this
request will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were
sent and also will result in the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account.
- Sending any hits from any URLs which contain and/or
promote the following content, programs or linking practices without the prior written
consent of sexmosaic.com will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from
which the hits were sent, and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account: child
pornography (for stupid: lolita = child), bestiality, rape, newsgroup postings, spam e-mails,
modifying surfers' browser settings without the surfers' express consent. We also can't give you any
guarantee if you send us traffic from passwordtrade or warez/crack/etc sites.
- Click throughs are registered as unique visitors,
tampering will lead to termination, loss of all funds, and possibly prosecution.
Inserting any additional scripts between your page and our site is prohibited.
- Our log files will prevail in determining amount of click
throughs.
- We reserve the right to terminate any account that we find
with extremely unproductive traffic. Our advanced fraud screening systems will pick up
such activity and notify us for account review. Most cases you will be warned first. If no
change then termination is required.
- Sexmosaic.com will not be held responsible for loss
due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical
errors.
- We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time,
without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for
ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time, except in cases where it has been
determined you have cheated by violating this agreement in any way you will not be paid.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
without prior notice to webmasters.
- Sponsors whose account has been terminated by
sexmosaic.com must email us if they wish to rejoin our program. Failure to do so will
result in forfeiture of all moneys accumulated from the new account.
- Sexmosaic.com reserves the right to terminate your
account if it is idle for more than 30 days.
- We reserve the right to deny any prospective sponsor
admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their website, type of
website, or for any other reason we can have.
- Your referring pages must be in English.
- We do not pay for traffic originating from countries that are not accepted for credit
card purchases through the major online billers. Here is the list of such countries.
- Only one account is allowed per company or organization.
- We reserve the right to change the payout rate within a 3
day notice.
- You may post as many links on your sites as you wish.
- You may not open our site in frame. Only full size window
with toolbars, location, scroll bars, etc. Must be a regular window unaltered.
- No other consoles or windows may be opened at the same time as ours.
- It's not allowed to use traffic exchange systems to send traffic to our site.
Because the hight amount of cheating activity inside such exchanges.
- All funds are paid by check or wire transfer in U.S. funds. There is a $6.90 fee for
shipping and handling each check and $35 for wires.
